What should I wear? Nothing fancy. I’ve been known to stain a shirt or two. Black always wins (and photographs best 😉).
How’s parking? Honestly? Trash... But worth it.
Come 20 min early and if you score a quick parking spot, use the extra time to wander the unique boutiques, bars, and restaurants. Old Town never disappoints.
I use junk shampoo... am I in trouble? Absolutely not. You’re doing your best. Most people who use non-stylist prescript products, just don’t realize what their generic shampoo is doing to their body and hair — I’ll educate, not judge.
Do I need clean hair? Within three days is perfect. If not, no worries — I’ll take care of it before your service.
What if I don’t want to be filmed or posted? Totally fine. Privacy is always respected. Just let me know before or during your appointment.
Will her assistants do my hair? Nope. I handle all color, cuts, and installs personally. My interns may assist with shampoos, treatments, extension removals, or styling under my supervision. They’re future pros, and I’m proud of them.
Can I bring a friend or my kid? Sorry, babe — this is adult therapy time. No kids, no plus-ones, just you and great hair. Space is limited, we prefer no guests.
Do you take walk-ins? Not unless you’re holding a Dutch Bros and divine timing is on your side. Text me instead.
What if I’m late? Text me ASAP. After 15 minutes, we’ll adjust or reschedule according to our booking policies — I respect your time, so please respect mine 💅.
Can I come even if my hair’s a hot mess? Please do. That’s literally the point. Transformation is what I live for. What If I haven't been to the salon In years? OMG, yay even more! Let me show you how good it feels to go to the salon again. You will leave feeling confident and beautiful!
