Your Guide to Booking at The Artisan Parlor ✨

At The Artisan Parlor, we’re more than just a salon—we’re a community of artisans committed to excellence, integrity, artistry, and mastery. Every appointment is more than a service; it’s a crafted experience. To make sure your visit runs smoothly (and to protect our artists’ time and talent), we’ve outlined everything you need to know about booking with us.


Booking Your Appointment

  • New guests can secure their appointment by leaving an active card on file or a non-refundable retainer fee of 20% (minimum $40).

  • Retainers are applied toward your service total and ensure your stylist’s chair is reserved just for you.


Cancellations & Reschedules

Life happens—we get it! We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to adjust your appointment.

  • Cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice → no penalty.

  • Cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice → new retainer required → or a 30% late cancelation fee will be charged

  • No-shows & same day cancelations

    → may be charged up to 50% of the service total.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late? Your appointment may be considered a no-show. A new retainer fee will be required to reschedule.


Salon Etiquette

Our salon is designed to give every guest a relaxing, professional, and safe experience. To help us maintain this atmosphere, please keep in mind:

  • Children are welcome only if they are receiving a service, and will not be left unattended during a parents service. Failure to observe this policy will require a reschedule in which your original appointment will be considered a same day cancelation and policies will be enforced as such.

  • Additional guests are kindly discouraged during your appointment.

  • We are appointment-only and not open to the public.


Health & Safety

If you or someone you’ve been in contact with has had a fever in the last 48 hours, please reschedule. We’ll happily find a new time for you once you’re feeling better.


Payments & Policies

  • Payment Methods: Card Is the only preferred form of payment at the time of service.

  • Redo Policy: Need a tweak? We’re happy to make cut or color adjustments within two weeks of your original service (one redo per service).

  • Quality Guarantees: our service quality promise protects the client agains premature color fading, hair health deterioration, and promise accurate styling results only when the client has taken home the professionally recommended product and is using the prescribed at home care system exclusively.

  • Refunds: Payments reflect the artistry, time, and expertise of our team. No refunds will be issued for completed services.

  • Returns or product exchanges: refunds for product or product exchanges will be honored within the first two weeks of the product purchase. Please be aware that any credit or debit cards used to secure a booking online, or over the phone, or stored on file, may be used to pay for your visit or charge no-show fees.
